I am airtel prepaid subscriber.
I did a recharge of rs598 on airtel on which the my airtel app displayed a discount of rs 40 so I paid rs558. Also i paid through amazon pay.When I was doing recharge on aitel thanks app there I noticed a coupon of free 6 gb on doing recharge of 3 mountgs(84days).the offer was applicable on my recharge so i did it. Then after recharge , I also received a message from airtel which i am sending as attachment. But I have not received the data coupons. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.
