Text of Complaint by Soundarya Balashanmugam:

I am writing this letter to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unjust withholding of my No Objection Certificate (NOC) despite having completed the One-Time Settlement (OTS) for my loan account 052803951000068 in good faith.

As per the OTS agreement, I was required to pay an amount of ₹26,836 on or before 30th November 2024. I made this payment via bank challan on 25th November 2024. However, due to a genuine clerical error while filling the challan, there was a shortfall of ₹6.

Upon discovering this, I immediately contacted the concerned recovery representative, who advised me to pay the shortfall of ₹6 via Google Pay. As instructed, I completed the payment promptly, and I have attached the screenshot of the transaction for your reference.

Now, I have been informed that the ₹6 was not reflected in the trust bank account, and on this basis, my NOC is being withheld. I was further shocked to learn that I am being asked to repay the entire OTS amount, which is neither fair nor feasible given my financial circumstances. The representative who earlier guided me has now left the organization and is refusing responsibility for her instructions.

It has been over 8 months since I started following up with your recovery executives regarding this matter, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. This delay is causing me extreme distress and financial difficulty.
