I booked a flight through travolook on 2nd October. They cancelled the ticket for some unknown reason. Haven’t refunded the amount back yet. Customer service keeps saying I would recieve my refund next week for the past 6 weeks.
Customer support always informs me that the refund has been initiated, But never share with me the Refund Reference number.
They do not respond to my emails and tweets.
Several other customers have the same complaint against this company. An action against this company is essential.
