I would like to inform you that, I have purchased one plus 2T mobile on 22nd jun. And I am not satisfied with performance of the model as expected sound quality and all. I want to return this product. I don’t want to go with one plus service center. I want return request from flipkart.
Humble request to initiate return request and refund my money. Don’t want to waste my time for follow up. Last time also for single product return flipkart taken 1 and half month.
Really frustrated and not happy with flipkart services. I will buy from amazone only best in service, if i need to pay more also to amazone no issue.
I spoke with customer care and they said policy attached & Just foolish to me and my mistake to buy from flipkart.
If you really want customer satisfaction,then please initiate my return request from flipkart end without headache to me. Such unhappiness with flipkart never never buy hence forth from flip kart.
Just sake of commitment and say goto one plus center.
