Joined for Datascience programme on 14th Nov 2022. I have requested for refund within the window on 28th and 29th Nov22, over the call with Nishotosh(employee) as he was on weekoff asked me to wait. After two days no reponse for call and whats app, then I replied to email on 3rd Dec 2022 from then iam doing continous followup.
till now
At first on 28th Apr 2023 reponded with one calculation with INR 12,609 charges and refund INR 58,226 instead of INR 70,835. then i asked to refund INR12609 also. so they started threatening me to pay INR876 as recovery amount from me and they claimed that i have followed course till feb’2023 no refund will be given in this case.
