I have ordered a combo pack of 3books and even the packing of the parcel has three books info but when I opened it.i had two. I paid money for 3books and didn’t receive the full package so I issued the return within 24hours. Since then, It has been a week since I issued the return and yet till date no call or message was given to inform me. Every night at around 7pm. I could get the notification that they could not pick it up because I was unable to reach?!?!
The agent called only once and when I gave him my pick up address, he firstly refused to pick it up from that address, and later on complained about the road and even later on lied to me that he would pick it up in the evening.
And yet I am here filling a complaint against VALMO
What do they take of us? some stupid fellows.?? I get it that the mistake was done while packaging but when I issued a return should not they pick it up???
The worst experience.
Never ordering it again.
Total waste of money and time.
