sir, i got a defective earphone of mivi bluetooth on 21st july 2021 and due to miscommunication of customer executives of amazon india , i applied to exchange and later applied for return .they are not clear about the company policies .so i applied to return it back , but till now 3 aug 2021,the product is not being collected ,and my money is also not refunded nor initiated, i have to beg for my own money , like a beggar, courier company always send a message for the pick up but do not try to collect the product , daily i am having a call with the amazon but no solutions provided for my money initiated , this has caused me mental harassment so as to beg for my own money for the defective piece .if the courier company is not coming for the collection ,how can it be the fault of a customer, so why money is not being refunded /
