I had ordered an item from Amazon om 7th Jan and with 10 days return policy . I received item om 17th Jan and it was not as i expected so I request to return it. Since 18th Jan ,I have created 4 times returned request and talked with them 3 times on call ,3 times on Amazon assistant and i tweeted same thing multiple times..but they are just setting new timeline and not picking up the item… now it’s more than 20 days and yet there reply is same that next 5 business days item will be picked up.. please let me know what should I do against them
