I have registered a return product of Fipkart and the pick up was scheduled for today i.e. 23.11.2023 vide AWB no. 5268243717680. However when I checked the status from Delhivery website, i was surprised to note that the pick up has been cancelled on 22.11.2023 without any attempt and reason is given as ‘cancelled by customer’ whereas I have not given any mandate or instructions to cancel the pick up .Prior to this also, the same item was scheduled to pick up vide AWB 5268242535612 on 16 Nov 2023 and again with AWB no 5268242535612 on 17 Nov 2023 but was not attempted.
