Text of Complaint by Ravi Kant:

I ordered HP Chromebook on 30 Sep22. Due to technical and performance issues including two failed non visit of Amazon technical person. Item as scheduled for return on 15th Oct. After that 5 time more pickup scheduled from Amazon till today. But no pick-up was arranged by Amazon.
Sharing all pick-up and schedules charts screen shot with this.
