Sirs,
I paid electric bill of WBSEDCL on today i.e.,07/01/2021 through using Paytm portal of using my debit card of SBI and amount deducted of Rs.585/- and a message has been received “Dear Customer, tx# 100706286421 for Rs.585.00 by SBIDrCARDX1952 at 87032966 on 07Jan21 at 11:41:01”. But it seen that no bill has been paid to WBSEDCL. So you are requested to solve the problem and if not paid the bill please refund the above amount to my account of SBI A/C No.33816500402.
