I have booked bus for bangla to Mumbai on 12rh may 2023 .booking details as follows -PNR NO -705659
VEHICLE NO -NL01B1751
PHONE NO 9703222180

My pick was at 9:30 from bangala and at 10:20 the driver calling me that yhe bus is at petrol pump and come to the some gareeb Nawaz hotel (changing pick up point ) they almost charged rs1400for per seat .it’s not acceptable. I am hungry seating from last 2 hour now they can’t stop bus for dinner i and my brother has to complete a night without food .
Please take my complaint seriously
And take accordingly.
Because it happened all most every time .( When I am coming to Village some thing happened pick time is 7:15 and bus come at 8:30 )
Red bus also give right information for the same .
