1.I am a tataplay subscriber always paid the monthly subscription amount regularly beforehand of the stipulated date of payment.
2. My tataplay ID are
1318823976 and 1107973321 and the monthly subscription amount t are 450 and 348 respectively.
3. My monthly due dates are 19th and 23rd of every month respectively.
4. I had paid the dues on 16th June 2022 and received the receipt of the said payment
with update.
5.Here are the receipt copies for reference.

6. Since last two days, a message is displayed on my TV about non payment of monthly subscription and service will deactivated from 23rd June-2022 midnight.
7. I try to contact their WhatsApp service but it is a farce.
So it is a request to take this case seriously and solve this undue problem and unnecessary harassment.
