Actually since last few months I have done 30,000 mails to starplus and Hotstar to upload old tvshows like kasturi kggk kayamath and many more. Then i tried to contact star team they picked my phone and I told them abt the complaint they listened half of my complaint and in rude way told me to mail to star and then disconnected my call.
So irresponsive behavior by star team and when I connect hotstar too then they say we will convey it to our creative team but no action is taken
