I signed up for 25mbps plan paying 3 months in advance. Sales guy fake promised me deliver amazing services, if not they’ll immediately initiate the refund process.
I gave these guys 72 hours time till now. Easy day they’re resolving it & issue is persistent every other day. Everyday I’m wasting 6-7 hours with them to resolve the problem.
Everytime, I raise a complain, they ask to wait for 4 hours, resolve it temporarily in 7-8 hours & same thing repeats next day.
I’m completely tired of the way Tikona is stealing money from consumer’s pockets even though they’re not able to deliver what they promise. I paid INR2828/- upfront without question asked.
I should be getting atleast 3MB/s data transfer speed along with 20-25mb/s download speed. I’m consistently getting 30-40MB/ data transfer only. In such a case their 25MB/s plan is just waste of time, money & energy.
Am I not supposed to cancel the contract & receive refunds? Please help.
