Hi my name is Sumit . I would like to draw attention to the pathetic customer service of vodafone . My phone was stolen so I went to voda store dwarka they forced me to take postpaid plan . I have no option because this is the only no I have .
Then I request them to switch to prepaid they denied said you have to use this by one year in order to switch to prepaid . I agreed upon later after one year I went to vodafone store very unhelpful staff have no idea what so ever they are doing ask me to pay my dues I have done that later on she called me next day and said this will be done by tomorrow.
Later I went next day she said will be done by tomorrow and ask me to pay some hidden charges . And I was not ready pay as I have already pay my due. Then I went to a near by store to port my sim as soon as they came to know , they started calling me again and again later on I pick the call .
I have spoken to relationship manager Sushil seems like very helpful wasted my 3 days and said will take more time or else you can port , and he is the guy who convinced me not to port later on he give up and he is from Okhla .
Vodafone totally screwed me feel like they are don forcing me to use their services keep cancelling my request . This is unacceptable from a big name .
Please look into this I want help or else I will go to consumer court for sure .
