Dear Sir Madam I want to complaint against the customercare of Bharti Airtel IT Park Chandigarh who is not increasing speed of broadband upto 100mpbs in Phase 9 Industrual Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab.As the customercare is making excuses that there is a technical issue in that area maximum bandwith cannot be increased and there is remote control switch is away etc.When all people are paying service charges and GST Bharti Airtel IT Park Chandigarh so why they are not giving speed upto 100mpbs.My request is to bring the customercare of Bharti Airtel IT Park Chandigarh to the consumer court and district court and made a criminal case under section IPC 420,IPC 193 for providing false evidence and IPC 1988 prevention of corruption Act against the customercare as soon as possible and why they are not laying fibre optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar when the concerned authority have given permission to lay fibre optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab also
