Dear Team,
This is in regard with the order ID #405-7636479-2471531.
 
For the return of this product requested on 6-Mar-2021, pickup was done from my house on morning of 07-Mar-2021.
Now Amazon is saying they have not received the product and cannot assist me.
I have clear proof of the Amazon delivery boy who has picked up the product from me. Please listen to the attached recorded call of the Amazon agent who came to pick up. He clearly said that he has picked it up from me and submitted to your department.
Amazon has scheduled the pickup (message screenshot attached) and basis that I had given the product to the boy who came to collect it. If he has stolen it or misplaced it, what is the fault of customer?
Your customer support clearly denying that they will not assist is really disappointing.
Please refer the attachment of the proof that Amazon has picked up the product.
Looking forward for your response at the earliest.
