Text of Complaint by SUROJIT ROY CHOWDHURY:

As advised by the Airtel representative seating in their Kolkata Thakurpur Br.(Ms. Monalisa Chatterjee, mail id monalisa.chatterjee@airtel.com) I have send all the details along with the authorization letter regarding issue a new sim against the post paid mob connection and handover the same to my wife. Since I am presently working in Philippines it is not possible for me to visit their store. But they are not responding even after sending mails…

It is very URGENT as my all network operation is standstill..
