I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on 20.03.2023 at the 6:30 PM show. Upon arriving at the cinema and attempting to purchase tickets, I was informed that only higher-priced tickets, priced at Rs. 165, were available. Despite the cinema being largely empty, budget tickets were allegedly unavailable.This experience is deeply concerning, as it suggests a discrepancy between ticket availability and pricing. As a customer, I expect fair and transparent pricing policies, especially when the theater is not at full capacity. It is disappointing to encounter such practices, which seem to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and fairness.I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Customers should be provided with all available ticket options, regardless of pricing tiers, particularly when attendance is low.
