My previous sim is lost.So when I went to Airtel store near saket square indore to renew sim
But when almost all process completed thereĀ then at the last step they asked me to give second alternate mobile number for OTP.
But I refused it because I don’t to give any other alternative number.
Why they made a mandatory condition to give alternative number to reissue sim ?
Now around 15 days is over and I didn’t use my sim as a result my data pack wasted just because of their unnecessary condition.
What should I do to reissue that sim ?
