I have applied/accepted the offer which invite in website i.e. www.jiotower.in.net for Jio 4G Mobile Tower Installation on 10/01/2019 vide application No. RJIL/190110/0019753 at the above noted address. I also make payment of Rupees 14300/- for Registration, Rupees 52500/- for Agreement, Rupees 35200/- for Bank Declaration Charge and Rupees72600/- for NOC charge, and these payments are made through online at website stated earlier.
On 14/01/2019 One PARVEEN KUMAR ( ID card details:- ID NO. 001163, DOB 10/05/1991 Having Mobile No. 08768869777, Operation: GM Date of Issued: 11/07/2015, Date of Expires: 31/12/2025) and another one RAMJI MISHRA (ID card Details:- ID NO. 001177, DOB 10/07/1990 Having Mobile No. 08768869777, Operation: GM Date of Issued: 11/07/2015, Date of Expires: 31/12/2025. PAN card No. BHXPM2382Q and His Aadhaar Card No. 4776 5749 5758) these two persons contacted with my client through WHATSAPP (being mobile No.+917076578881 & 8013213203) and provide approval letter, NOC paper, agreement Deed and side by side demand requisite fees for processing expenses. They also call from the number I.e., 8768848387. According to their demand I pay the same through Bank and PAYTM transfer. Details are below:-

. But installation of Jio 4G Tower has not been done on repeated reminder.
I suffer loss and injury both mentally and monetary by the illegal act of that concern, (1) for not Installing of Jio 4G Tower in due time even deposited money for all charges as they demand; (2) breach of contract; (3) for criminal breach of trust; and 4) taking money in illegal way. Inasmuch I suffers damage and loss of Rs. 7,29,600/- (Seven lackh twenty nine thousands and six hundred only).
