I have taken GTPL cable service. Now nobody is coming to install the set top box even after more than 2 week, cable operator is not replying or picking up the call.
Then I have reached to customer care but they too not doing anything and just sending system generated mail.
Then I added GTPL nodal officer also in the same email chain but nodal officer is also not replying.
