I paid money instantly and asked for connection as It was necessary for my online shop work but it has been 3 days since the installer is harassing and disconnecting the call and entering wrong comment of installation without our consent and that also comment was mentioned as ” Requested by you ” Which we were not aware of and they are continuously disconnecting the call and even if the pick up the call they are disconnecting and behaving in very rude manner this was the worst experience of installation. I am regretting after this decision as I asked for refund but they are disconnecting and installation is also not done its been 3 days but still now no update and even after explaining that my business runs online I need urgent internet the person has annoyed me i m feeling helpless so i had to reach out to you hope so you will address my complain as soon as possible
