I had ordered a Poco M3 mobile on 20th March 2022 order ID Order ID OD224463783879124000. Initially, the order itself arrived much later than promised and once the product was delivered, it turned out to be faulty. The flipkart customer service team assisted us in troubleshooting as well as sending a technician to try and rectify the problem, but they were unable to. On 20th April, they assured us that return and refund has been initiated. It is 6th May today and no one has arrived to collect the product for return yet. Everyday we call the customer service, they mention 24-48 hours, but no one shows up.
