Respected Sir,

Good Morning.
Refer to the paytm reference number (187467562 dated 09.04.2021), I’ve informed your customer care executive before travelling that we couldn’t travel due to covide positive case and they ask for the evidence. I’ve shared before the travel date and they informed me that there is no need to talk with any airlines… you have informed us and it’s our responsibility to talk with airlines and refund your amount and for your information I’ve continuously followed up since 09.04.2021, every time they have given me assurance and said that please will wait for 7 days.
After that they are denied a refund.
Sir, I have already shared the call recording evidence with paytm. (In which they are saying you don;t need to call any airlines).
Sir, I humble request you to please help.
