During covid 19 situation I need a broadband connection so i can work from Home. Through social channel I got a call from Airtel on 30 April and told me we will provide new broadband connection within 3 working day after doing the verification and payment. In next day their executive came and verified my identity and I straightway do the payment. After that i follow up their executive for 7 working day and they are giving execuses/sorry. In the end I tired and told to refund my money back as I don’t want to proceed further. Their executive told me but he doesn’t initiate it. I used twitter/gmail but I haven’t not get any response.
