they advertise get free one plus buds Z2 at free of cost when you pre ordered the one plus 11R.
i pre ordered it, got mobile only there is no buds in it. i contacted amazon customer care, they said they cant do anything on this. and saying they will create a pickup on this order. that means they are saying give back our product we will refund your amount. here my question when you wont sending the give offers then what is the point to give that big fancy advertisement.
