Hi my self Raj Kumar singh I was recharged my jio phone number 9919274736with rs. 297 on 24 Sept 2019 , on 22 of Oct 2019 the service has been stopped and. 500mb of data also booked, jio to jio call is blocked, it should be up to 84days,what is the problem of stopping my services, I know that some feature has been changed in jio from 10 of Oct, the data and jio to jio I should get in 297 recharge, please help me, what is the problem, your customers care are not picking the phone I called them several time
