Jio fibre agents assured installation of Jio fibre in 2 days and carried out the registration which cost me rs 1500 through jio portal. But the application was rejected and it said I’ll get my refund within 21 days. It has been more than 45 days and I haven’t got any refund. Neither jio support is responding. The only answer I’m getting is that payment is processed from our side.
The second is Jio Mart. I ordered few groceries from Jio Mart which was meant to be delivered after 3-4 days. But I needed it urgently so I cancelled the order. Same thing, has been 2 months, haven’t got any refund. Getting the same reply that payment has been credited to your account.
