Text of Complaint by Raveena khandelwal:

I had a booking on 4th may from raipur to jaipur but the flight got cancelled from the airlines and they have mailed that refund has been done from their side to the website from where booking has been done. But I haven’t received my refund and it’s been 20 days since I am trying to contact travolook but getting no response from their side.
