Respected Sir/Madam,
I was residing in stanza living Frankfurt house, Koramangala, Bengaluru from 7june 2024 to 3rd August 2024. I have paid them Rs 5000/- as security deposit which they promised to return it back to me within a month but they are not returning it back to me and not even picking up my calls. Also on their app they are showing that they will only return Rs 1125/- instead of Rs 5000/- because I have not marked exit from the app whereas I have vacated the room 4 days prior to my contract ending date and even told the RC(caretaker of the property) to guide me through the exit process but she said just drop me text over Whatsapp that I have left and there is no other formality, I did the same on the 3rd August when I vacated and on 8th august as well after my contract ended. On 17th she calls me and said that I have to mark exit from the app as well and was not told about this earlier. Now due to her carelessness I have to pay extra and even Rs 1125/- is not credited in my account.
