Hi,
I booked a flight ticket from TRAVEL LOOK on 2nd November 2021 with a ref no REF610959593. from Bhubaneshwar to Mumbai under the name of ISAAC MASCARENHAS and the same got Cancelled the same day and i was been promised to get my Refund the following week which never happened. Today is 8th December 2021 and its been over a month now. When ever i call them to check they always say it will happen Next week which never happenes. This company is a FRAUD.
