My device is being rejected to be repaired under warranty because it has got scratches on the hinge and I am being said it is damaged. The damage to my phone was caused before 2 months I also have photos with dates in details that the damage was before. I want my device to be repaired under warranty asap.
I had also called the customer care and he said once you recieve your jobsheet number provide him that number he shall mail it to service centre and get it repaired.
But on calling again I dint received the satifactory answer. I am also sending the audio clip of my call.
