I had made part payment of 35k and then delayed payment of 25k on 47k of loan after an agreement with Bharatloan recovery agent who had visited my house. And as per the discussion I was promised that I should get the NOC within a day. 25k was the settlement amount which was agreed by the agent named Kunal Saste and his senior Vaishali.
I have been getting continuous calls and emails for payments even after the repayment of agreed amount and promise to provide me the NOC.
