Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that i have submited the Oneplus Nord Ce3 5g blue colour 12 gb ram 256gb storage at rohtak service center on 2 november for replacement because when I bought it from oneplus official website and after one day when i recived it there is black spots on display so that after delivery on the next i have submitted it to the service center. On 9th nov. It has been approved for replacement on 9 nov. But I have not recived it till date 18 nov.
I am in need i need it urgently I have spend 30000 thousand rupees for buying this device for study it has been 16 day passed but I have not recived it.
