I had ordered Steviana Sweetner worth Rs.3200 and i had received the product on Monday. The shipping box was looking good from outside. When I opened the box the 4 quantities that I had ordered were not sealed and were open and kept. When I counted the number of sachets in each packet all the 4 had close to 30 to35 packets ( ideally it should be 50).
When I contacted the customer service they said that they will raise an investigation on the same and asked me to call back by 30th June.
When I called back they are denying my complainy saying that the investigation is done and they have delivered my product correctly.
How am I supposed to know that they have investigated properly. What transparency exists between the customer and the company?
