Text of Complaint by Deepak Arora:

I have ordered a usha fan from
amazon in which i got a different color i placed a return request they told me to send pictures of it and told me to wait they will picked up the product, thier delivery agent picked up the product after verification, after they continuously told me you’ll get the refund in 2 days in 3 days after that they told me that you have misused the refund policy, and not returning the product or refund
