I took this connection way back in 2020 and paid for 2 years prepaid plan. Since last few months, GTPL unable to provide me proper internet services. Every week I have to call and register a complain about internet services not working. I want to get my money back and they are saying they don’t offer the refund for the prepaid amount. After getting frustrated with no response, I have to complaint over here
