Dear Sir,
Unfortunately, I have booked a ticket with female gender with hurry and burry mode but the bus driver not allowed to travel. I have contacted to REDBUS they told that it is not under there policy and I have checked there(REDBUS) rules,they not mentioned regarding my querry and “there is no policy about gender mismatch happens means no refund will be done”.They have given rules to GO Travels and Tours but it is not mentioned in REDBUS Portal.
