We had given cheque for new connection on dated 04.08.2023. But due to some technical reason from GTPL side, GTPL are not able to give connection us. GTPL have all ready deposited the cheque and it is cleared payment as per our statement. And we have already completed refund process on dated 14.08.2023 Still now we have not received refund amount. Also Bapunagar branch & Customer care are not replying properly for refund status. They are also taking more then 45 day for refund process.
