I have received only partial items in my recent order- EP2769758 from dhani pharmacy.

I ordered 6 boxes each contains four 5 ml bottles of deksel neo syrup. They have sent only one box and one 5ml bottle.

Order amount is Rs. 1619/-
They have sent me the products costing around Rs. 250/-

I have been raising this issue since 20 days and i don’t get my refund or any update. They’re saying that they have processed complete order.

I am pissed calling them multiple times and following up without any resolution. It’s totally like harassment that they’ll disconnect the call without any resolution.

I can’t loose my money simply. Please help me to get this amount back.
