I buy marq washing machine buy flipkart and extended warranty by Jeeves but due to problem in Washing machine flipkart took my washing machine on 22-04-2021 and gave me the refund amount on 23-04-2021. I requested for refund of extended warranty in jeeves by mail on 22-04-2021 and submitted all the documents which they demanded and they tell me that my refund will be give in 8 working days.

But after 8 working days when I called them they just delaying my concern and not helping me and way of talking is also not good. And in the mail they are telling me to wait for 2 working days and this same thing they gave me in reply and they delayed for 1 month .

And till now also they just reply me to wait for 2 working days.

I am waiting from a month by they were not helping me and when I call them their executive gave me false information . Everytime they tell me different excuses and delay my concern.

It’s more than 1 month passed but they were not giving me my money.

Please help me.
