I placed an order (OD122999053249812000) on 2 October’21 from the flipkart at the offer price as prepaid, the product is washing machine. The delivery date for this order is 20 October. But the flipkart doesn’t shipped the product even the delivery date has been past. I have been complaining to the customer executive from the last 2 week. Everytime I talked to the customer assistant , I was told that a senior team will call me and give me final resolution. But I don’t get any call and resolution from flipkart team even after requesting multiple times. I have lost more than 20 days by waiting the product, but not shipped still. I have raised multiple complain against non comply but no response. I have lost all the opportunity due to flipkart negligence. I want the flipkart compensate me an amount of ₹ 1lakh for violating customer right and for not fulfill their commitment
