I HAVE A THIRD PARTY LOAN ACCOUNT(FLIPKART PAY LATER FACILITY) WHICH IS FINANCED BY IDFC BANK LTD. I HAVE PAID ALL THE PAYMENT ON TIME WHICH IS ACTUAL OUTSTANING AT FLIPKART APPLICTION.WIHTOU ANY SINGLE DAY DELAYED. STILL THE IDFC BANK HAD REPORTED THE LATE PAYMENT AT CIBIL DEPT AND REDUSED MY CIBIL BY 150PTS.
NOW I WANT TO GET NOC AND IDFC REPRESENTATIVES ASKING FOR 8 WORKING DAYS TIME TO SORT IT OUT, I HAD GIVEN MORE THEN 30 DAY’S TIME BUT STILL NO SOLUTION OUT COME. FLIPKART HAD GIVEN ME NO DUES CERTIFICATE OVER MAIL STILL THIS IDFC BANK PEOPLES SAYING GIVE US 15 DAYS TIME TO RESOLVE IT.
POOR SERVICE BY THIS BANK.
NO ANSWER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. NO GUIDLINES FOR SUCH CASE.
BAD EXPERIANCE.
