I had purchased the course for upsc cs ias on 21st oct 2022 . For this made a down payment of 10000 on 21st oct 2022 . Till then I didn’t receive my order detail from byjus . For this I called and mailed byjus several times but they still not giving me the details of my order. I am getting mentally frustrated by byjus behaviour. My counselor name is Sonam Kumari even she is not responding me.
