My internet stopped working so as usual i called the customer care but they said it will take.some time and our technical team is working on the dp box which is down
But that dp box is installed just infront of my house and nobody actually came
And it’s been so many days
They just keep saying same thing again and again
Even the sale representative has his phone switched off since a day now
When i tell them to register my complain they say that they can’t register as it’s problem in my area
But my neighbour has his internet working and that also of same company
Neither they are giving a proper response nor they are sending a technician
