1. On August 20, 2020, I deposited online through the link provided by Airtel for Rs 2828 /- for broadband connection as advance rental for three months in the scheme 799 p. m. Ex Gst for 150 GB at 50 mbps p. m. The Airtel personnel told me that connection will be made by 6p.m. on the same day or by 10 am next day.
Since then neither DSL instrument nor any connection was provided.
2. On on enquiry over the phone I came to know that connection cannot be provided because DP box here is full.
3. On enquiry to Airtel x stream 121, I came to know that it pending, connection may be provided in next three days.
4. Since then neither connection nor DSL instrument was provided nor any refund was made.
5. I have lost the emergency service I badly needed to teach my students online because of the aforesaid problem. And again I have been trying pillar to post for refund of Rs 2828 which I have deposited online for the connection.
Kindly help me by doing the needful ASAP so that I can get back the refund ASAP.
I have emailed to Nodal Officer Airtel Kolkata and the Appellate Authority and tried to contact over the phone. But they resulted nothing fruitful.
