Hi,
I have paid 1758 rupees in total for 499 new BROADBAND bill (Advance payment of 1 month fee + Activation fee). After paying amount ,next day they called and said this plan and line is not available in 600106 pincode.They are not cancelling the order and not refunding my amount,doing fraudster activity with my money and rotating my money for further use.
I have sent many e-mailsĀ and calls to 121 ,verey time they are giving false information saying ,we have cancelled order and you will get refund…I am not getting any refund or any essage regarding cancelled order.Also they is no way to cancel the order from customer side.
This is there tactics to get money from customers and rotate in share market in intra day trading.I appeal here to provide the refund of my amount + Interest incurred during this time period. (Also i claim here the compensation and time/effort for getting this money back,on thefting my money by giving false information since they already ware in 600106 area it is not possible to give connection).
I need help on this immediately
