My name is Niru Khamari and i need to file a complain against Suraj Limited.
The company has not provide August 2022 Salary and Diwali Bonus. Because I have not attended notice period of 3 months and company don’t have any written policy to complete the notice period of 3months and but after giving resign I have attend minimum 10 days.
While resigning time i have already given notice period to company and they accept the my resignation letter.
Still time company have not provided my salary and diwali bonus
